The meeting will be followed by a Webinar on Emotional well-being: Everyone benefits when we take a compassionate approach to our work, to each other, and to ourselves. This session we will explore the importance of language in compassionate care, discuss the difference between compassion and empathy, and reflect on the concept of self care – ‘fitting your own oxygen mask first’.
