The Pathway to Phase II Cardiac Recovery is a National Heart Foundation and Deakin University Institute for Physical Activity and Nutrition (IPAN) collaboration, with funding from Safer Care Victoria’s Cardiac Clinical Network.

This webinar will explore the issues with variation in delivery of cardiac rehabilitation and introduce the ‘standardised program content for Phase II Cardiac Rehabilitation’ resource.

The webinar will be of great benefit to health care staff working in cardiac secondary prevention programs, particularly those who design and deliver cardiac rehabilitation services to those recovering from a coronary heart disease event or surgery.
