UQ Centre for Online Health Telehealth Webinar: A 21st century (and pandemic friendly) approach to delivering cardiac rehabilitation
October 7, 2020 @ 12:30 pm - 1:20 pm
FreeIn response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Centre for Online Health has partnered with the Australasian Telehealth Society (ATHS) to provide monthly webinars. The webinars will include a short presentation (20-30 minutes) on a specific telehealth topic, and a Q&A panel discussion (20 minutes) involving experts from the COH and the ATHS.
October’s webinar will discuss how evidence-based mobile health interventions can improve the reach and accessibility of cardiac rehabilitation for people who are unable to attend existing centre-based programs. It will also explore potential interest in and opportunities for collaboration and partnerships to translate research evidence into clinical practice.
